Självskadebeteende är inget man skämtar om!

So, please ...! Try to think of what you say, everyone reacts differently, be aware that your words may be the reason that some feel worse. You can feel bad even if not always visible. You can look happy on the outside but inside it's killing you!

It might be triggering and it does not matter if it is "only a joke". It doesn't matter! Cause there are still many who can't handle these jokes! You who make jokes about it are probably also people who doesn't suffer or have suffered from self-harm. My question to you who think you have the right to joke about this is: What gives right to decide? Do you have the right to do it when you don't have a clue what it is you're joking or talking about? Do you have the right to determine that it's "fun" when it triggers another person to anxiety, panic and at worst relapse and / or trigger self-harm?
You don't know what those jokes might lead to. I suffer from self-harm and don't appreciate your jokes, not in an uncontrolled environment, such as social media, socializing with people who don't know about my background. Where people take for granted that it is their right to joke about things which are serious problems, which can cause serious problems.
Many of you might not have thought about this. Who don't understand or realize that there is a problem. And that's okay, but now: Please think about it.
I get upset because I know how difficult it is to go through. It is a daily struggle against yourself and your own thoughts!
